Responsibilities Reporting and Financial Analysis Prepare and present monthly management reports (P&L, Working Capital, financial and operational KPIs). Consolidate and critically analyze sales reports, including margin calculation by customer, product line, and region. Develop dashboards and performance indicators for executive and strategic team monitoring. Inventory and Cost Management Periodically assess inventories of raw materials (RM), packaging (PK), and finished goods (FG). Support and oversee cycle counts and annual physical inventory, including liaison with external auditors. Analyze fixed costs by department and expense category, proposing cost optimization and reduction initiatives. Evaluate and monitor CAPEX projects, ensuring ROI and compliance with corporate guidelines. Planning and Budgeting Coordinate the annual Forecast and Budget process, aligning financial and operational targets with the companys strategic objectives. Monitor budget execution and propose adjustments as necessary. Controls and Compliance Validate and manage commission and rebate contracts. Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Management Support Provide direct support to the Business Unit Director and Commercial team in results analysis, strategy definition, and profitability improvement. Actively participate in management and strategic planning meetings. Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the area. Languages: Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
