Join the home for entrepreneurs!  Körber Xperience   Your role in our team You will work as part of a multi-discipline team to perform complex design, development, maintenance, enhancement, testing, and support of Material Handling Automation Equipment.
You will support the electrical control design of complex systems that integrate hardware and software.
You will complete estimates for control engineering level of effort.
You will perform reviews of complex customers' standards specifications and other documentation to determine electrical control requirements.
You will complete recommendations for ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction, and improvement in customer satisfaction.
You will develop, deploy, and commission PLC code to achieve system functionality requirements.
You will complete the software quality process through the execution of complex module, subsystem, and system test procedures.
Your profile You have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certification may be required in some areas.
You gained five (5) years of successful experience in a related field and successful demonstration of Knowledge and Responsibilities.
You have the ability to travel up to 70%.
You have current experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and Schneider PLC languages, architecture, and networks desired.
Other platforms are a plus.
You have expertise in understanding Electrical schematics (Control Panels, Motor Control Panels, Motor Control Centers, Power Distribution).
You have Network design experience using Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Profibus, ASI Bus, ControlNet, and DeviceNet.
You have experience in Human-Machine Interface programming.
You have experience with conveyor system electrical controls (Parcel, Baggage, ASRS, etc..), large machine design, and/or motor control.
You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
You have a strong ability to document technical decisions with illustrations and clear verbal explanations.
