We are seeking a passionate and experienced NLP expert to join our dynamic chatbot development team.
Together we tackle complex user interactions that involve third-party integrations and require innovative solutions for handling edge cases.
\ In this role, you will leverage your expertise in natural language processing to.
Craft effective prompts to guide the large language model towards better responses in user conversations using advanced prompting techniques.
Optimize the retrieval process within the retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) framework.
Develop new methods to utilize human feedback to continuously enhance the chatbot’s ability to handle complex user requests.
Your responsibilities will evolve in response to the dynamic nature of our project, potentially moving from RAG optimization to fine-tuning large language models.
Required skills.
Prompt engineering.
Familiarity with advanced prompting techniques to improve contextual understanding and the quality of the responses.
Knowledge retrieval.
Experience in optimizing knowledge retrieval systems, working with knowledge bases, and skilled in implementing efficient algorithms.
NLP expertise.
In-depth knowledge of natural language processing techniques, including text classification, entity recognition, and sentiment analysis.
Machine Learning.
Experience in fine-tuning large language models for specific tasks and domains and deployment.
Problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze complex problems, propose effective solutions, and implement them in a production environment.
Collaborative mindset.
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
