Foster collaborative partnerships with customers by providing tailored services and completing sales efforts aimed at optimizing inventory management within the supply chain.
Main Responsibilities .
Develop and execute a strategic plan for the development of the company's main customers; Regularly schedule and conduct customer visits to build enduring relationships; Engage actively and maintain a direct line of communication with the Colgate commercial team Acquire in-depth market insights, stay abreast of industry developments, and integrate best practices and innovative processes to fuel the company's ongoing growth Oversee collaborative planning (CPFR), ensuring customer replenishment is finely tuned to minimize stock shortages and surpluses, thereby enhancing inventory quality through collaborative forecasting Conduct store checks and engage with transportation providers to identify and seize process improvement opportunities; Continuously optimize and refine Logistics KPIs, including On-Time Delivery, Case Fill Rate, and Order Profiling; Lead and manage projects that foster mutual growth and the continuous advancement of both the client and the industry Participating in weekly meetings, JVPs and T2Ts; Manage workflow efficiently, prioritizing tasks in alignment with business objectives and customer segmentation   Competencies .
