Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher  Oulu, Finland We have a temporary full-time vacancy for summertime substitutions in our Delivery Office, with a flexible start date.
Role Purpose.
Arranging transportation to end-destination as per schedule.
Creating needed documents for the delivery and communicating order related information to stakeholders.
Backing up colleagues in case of absences.
Key Tasks.
•    Managing order-delivery process •    Delivery notes creation •    Booking local transports •    Transport document preparation •    Managing disturbances in the delivery process •    Communication with CSR’s, transport companies, forwarding agents, sales and production.
Mastering SAP in order to get deliveries progressing  •    Customer service for drivers visiting the Delivery Office Responsibilities.
•    Plan and book local transport for own deliveries •    Ensure timely availability of needed documents •    Ensure PGI is done timely •    Month end activities for your own desk •    Manage the Order to Cash process for one domestic customer.
•    Prompt, adequate and proper communication regarding supply chain issues.
•    Proactively Inform Logistics Planner in case of issues, and take action whenever needed to avoid shipment delays and other issues •    Identify system gaps, work with required resources to resolve.
•    Support production planner by communicating actively order quantities and loading dates to ensure material availability on time.
•    Support Supply Chain and Logistics departmental goals and initiative •    Provide backup to colleagues as required   Required Qualifications & Experience.
•    Commercial / logistics education •    Language skills.
Finnish and English •    SAP SD module skills are seen as an advantage •    Organizational and co-operative skills •    Problem solving skills •    Service orientation, flexibility, pressure tolerance •    Managing various things simultaneously   We will start the selection process already during the application period which ends on 30th April so don’t hesitate to leave your application as soon as possible.
