Position Summary.
Global Multinational company is looking for a Regional (Latin America) role.
Data Center Principal, responsible for business achievement, regional support in DCF, business development, results.
Competences and technical experience.
Responsible to support regional team to achieve their DCF business targets Guide and support regional and rep office teams to win identified opportunities through lead to delivery Strategic Account Penetration – Relationship break-through at “C” level – company’s technology & capabilities Build and leverage eco-system for data center facility practice within region Be the regional thought leader for company’s data center business – drive mindshare through evangelism Train internal & external teams Support & guide regional business leadership on.

Market trends, size, competitive analysis, competitive positioning 2.
Sales, solution & delivery strategy 3.
Regional organization capability enhancement 4.
Launch of new products & solutions 5.
Key marketing events 6.
Alignment & improvement of Sales Tools, BVP, SVP etc.
Responsibilities.
Strong understanding of data center facility business, key drivers, trends, technologies, sell to and sell through models Experience and understanding of key technologies of the Data Center Facility; Power, Cooling, DCIM, etc.
Strong track record in areas of business development, P&L, technology management, consulting, EPC, life-cycle management Ability to translate business requirements into technical offerings Ability to develop thought leadership through consultative selling as SME Relationships and experience in building ecosystem with channel partners, SI’s, consulting engineers, contractors & influencers Experience in coaching sales, pre-sales & DCF teams Strong “C” level communication Experience in handling multi-million opportunities
