The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines for both batch and real-time processing.
You will collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver robust solutions.
Responsibilities.
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for batch and real-time processing.
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver robust solutions.
Develop and maintain ETL/ELT workflows using various tools.
Optimize data storage and processing performance in data warehouses (e.
., BigQuery).
Ensure data quality, governance, and lineage across multiple sources and platforms.
Monitor data systems and troubleshoot data-related issues efficiently.
Document architecture, pipelines, and workflows for team knowledge sharing and scalability.
Requirements.
5-7 years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Solid knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets.
Hands-on experience with data pipeline tools like Airflow.
Experience with modern data warehouses such as BigQuery.
Understanding of data modeling, data lakes, and best practices in ETL/ELT development.
Fluent in English – both written and spoken – for collaboration with global teams.
