Descripción del trabajo Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world! As a Data Science Specialist, you will play a key role in developing data-driven applications, managing data pipelines, and ensuring data integrity and accessibility in the Integration Business Operations.

Develop data-driven applications using Python.
Data Processing.
Use Cloud Applications (Databricks, SageMaker, etc) for data processing and analytics.
Machine Learning Modeling.
Regression, classification and clustering models Natural Language Processing.
LLM, GenAI, Agents Collaboration.
Work closely with data scientists and analysts.
Testing.
Write and maintain unit and integration tests.
Documentation.
Document technical decisions and approaches.
Your Skills and Expertise.
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications.
Experience.
Previous experience in data development and Python programming.
Education.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Language.
Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese.
Advanced Data Processing.
Familiarity with advanced data processing and analytics techniques (data manipulation and exploratory analysis using SQL, PySpark, Snowflake, etc).
Machine Learning.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries.
Cloud.
Experience with AWS/Azure Environment Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include.
Advanced experience with Python, Databricks, GitHub, LLM, OpenAI= Soft Skills.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Continuous Learning.
A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
