-Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
-Advanced English proficiency.
-Intermediate Spanish proficiency.
Required Knowledge:
-Proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing, analysis, and model development.
-Solid understanding of descriptive and inferential statistics.
-Expertise in developing and deploying predictive models (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, time series, NLP).
Desirable Knowledge:
-Generative AI: LLMs, Fine-Tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Agents.
-Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
-Familiarity with MLOps practices.
-Understanding of industrial automation systems (SCADA, IoT, PLC).
-Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts is a plus.
Main Responsibilities:
-Structure, clean, and analyze data to generate actionable insights.
-Develop and validate machine learning models to support business decisions.
-Build web applications and APIs to operationalize ML solutions.
-Manage project lifecycle using AGILE and CRISP-DM methodologies.
-Foster a data-driven culture through internal events, workshops, and training.
-Replicate and adapt previous projects for other plants or business units.
-Stay up to date with new tools and technologies to solve emerging challenges.
