om In one sentence Responsible for providing day-to-day support for Amdocs Portfolio applications (BSS and OSS), including installation, maintenance, and automation of pipeline flows across software environments.
What will your job look like? Work across Unix-like platforms to support infrastructure and application needs.
Opportunities to install and configure various middleware solutions.
Configure and operate job orchestration solutions.
Monitor and execute internal software build process.
Maintain and create automation processes and software pipelines.
Cooperate with different units inside and outside Amdocs.
Design, configure, install, and upgrade environments through the product life cycle (Development, Staging, QA, and Production) for internal and external users.
Troubleshoot errors during tests of Amdocs Portfolio.
Provide initial setup and support for database tasks.
Support automation tools, respond to incidents, and ensure system availability.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure system and environmental alignment.
All you need is...
Advanced English.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related subject area Programming Language Basic Knowledge of langue programming for automation.
Any programming language like Python OS concepts (knowledge depend on role level) Networking Process Management Virtualization File Systems Linux  Terminal CLI Scripting (Bash/KSH) Text manipulation tools Process monitoring Protocols SSH Setup services Webserver Tomcat Code Versioning like Git.
Database Knowledge of SQLs concepts.
Nice to have.
Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts with hands-on experience in.
Configuration management and automation tools.
Continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Nexus.
Continuous deployment practices across.
Familiar with a range of third-party tools and technologies, including:.
racle Database, PostgreSQL, Docker, Helm, Groovy, and Nagios.
