Digital Account Manager - To do that, we’re looking for aDigital Account Managerwho is strategic, data-driven, client-focused, and sharp enough to turn insights into impact. ABOUT THE ROLEThis is not just an account management role — it’s a value creation role. As a Digital Account Manager, you will act as the strategic liaison between clients and our internal teams. From brief to execution to performance tracking, your job is to ensure everything runs smoothly, aligned with client objectives, and above all — effectively. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and growth Coordinate with internal teams to execute digital campaigns: media, creative, performance, branding, etc. Provide strategic recommendations based on client goals and market context Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and proactively optimize as needed Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value Manage contracts, budgets, timelines, and deliverables with transparency and accountabilityREQUIREMENTS Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in an agency or digital/SaaS environment Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem: paid media, CRM, automation, SEO, analytics, etc. Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights and translate them into strategic actions Strong time management and multitasking capabilities Proactive attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for digital marketingWHY UNIQLO AGENCY Flexible remote, part-time working model — ideal for experienced freelancers looking for long-term partnerships Opportunities to work with ambitious brands across multiple industries A collaborative, high-performance team culture with space for growth and creativity Clear growth path — if you’re good, we’ll make sure you grow even further#UniqloAgency #DigitalAccountManager #RemoteWork #PartTimeRole #DigitalMarketing #AccountLife #StrategicThinking #AgencyCulture
