Digital Construction Manager - This role is based on-site in the UAE and will require relocation. ALEC will be holding interviews in the following cities. The Digital Construction Manager leads and oversees BIM-based information management on a project, acting as the main point of contact between the project team and external stakeholders (client, consultants, subcontractors). While their focus is on BIM, the role may extend to other digital construction tools like scanning, drones, and robotics. Your Role: Manage client expectations for BIM and ensure deliverables meet requirements. Develop and maintain information management resources (BIM Execution Plan, EIRs, MIDP, etc. ). Set up BIM workflows and manage the project's CDE (Common Data Environment). Lead 3D coordination, clash detection, and issue reporting. Train and support project teams on BIM processes and tools. Ensure QA/QC of BIM models and deliverables. Report on BIM compliance and progress at the project level. Contribute to tender activities and support process development. What We're looking For Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and PAS 1192 standards. Proficient in BIM tools (e. g. , Revit , Tekla , Navisworks , Revizto , etc. ). Familiarity with openBIM standards (IFC, COBie). Experience with CDE platforms (e. g. , BIM 360, Aconex). Skills in automation , data validation , and tools like Solibri , Dynamo , and Power BI . Knowledge of 4D/5D modeling and scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6). Strong communicator and team player. Confident, resilient, and organized. Detail-oriented with strong time and pressure management. Passionate about BIM and digital transformation.
