What you can look forward to as Digital HUB IT Manager (m/f/d).
Serve as the local site lead, overseeing compliance, infrastructure, and operational excellence.
Build and scale a diverse, high-performing IT team while fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
Develop talent pipelines through strategic partnerships and internal career development programs.
Uphold technical standards and architectural principles across backend and frontend projects (e.
., Spryker-based platforms).
Mentor teams to ensure consistent delivery quality and seamless collaboration with global counterparts.
Act as the local execution lead for global digital initiatives, coordinating with international product owners, architects, and sponsors.
Navigate a complex stakeholder landscape across regions and functions, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Champion a digital-first mindset, agile methodologies, and continuous learning.
Promote lean governance and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Your Profile as Digital HUB IT Manager (m/f/d).
University degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years leading and scaling multinational IT or digital teams in tech, e-commerce, or platform development.
Proven experience in cross-cultural leadership and matrix organizations.
Strong track record in building frontend/backend solutions, ideally with Spryker, PHP, or Symfony.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ability to navigate ambiguity and drive change.
Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
Effective communicator and stakeholder manager across business and IT.
Familiarity with modern web frameworks (JavaScript, Vue, Angular) is a plus.
Fluent English required; Portuguese and/or Spanish, German is an advantage.
Nice to have.
Previous experience as a Site Leader in a global company.
