We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Media & Performance Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, a passion for all things digital media, and a desire to constantly improve performance.
\ What You'll Be Doing.
Analyze and interpret data from various digital media channels, including paid search, display, and social media Identify trends and insights from data to inform campaign optimization and future actions Continuously improve performance through data-driven decision making What You Need To Succeed.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Passion for digital media and desire to drive performance Qualifications.
2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a digital media or marketing role Experience managing large budgets with Google Adwords, Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads \ We are not expecting candidates to have expertise across all of these areas.
We will gladly help you bridge the gaps.
As a member of a fully remote and distributed team, you are expected to complete tasks autonomously, being highly collaborative and self-driven.
