DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Digital Project Manager to join our team.
As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of website projects.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, content creators, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of website development processes and best practices.
Responsibilities.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of website projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that project goals, objectives, and milestones are met.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements, and translate them into actionable project plans.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, content creators, and QA testers, to ensure effective collaboration and project execution.
Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement necessary mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Conduct regular project meetings, facilitate communication, and ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.
Ensure adherence to website development best practices, quality standards, and industry trends.
Coordinate website content creation, migration, testing and optimization efforts.
Participate in post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements for future projects.
Qualifications Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Communication or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or similar role, managing website projects from initiation to completion.
Strong understanding of website development processes, component-based website builds, technologies, and best practices.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with project management tools and software, experience using Asana is a plus.
Knowledge of SEO principles and website analytics tools is a plus.
Familiarity with web design principles, UX/UI concepts, and accessibility standards.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
3-5 years of enterprise or agency experience preferred Agile experience is required.
Agile certifications are a plus.
Agency experience is a MUST Fluency in English is required.
