Job Description Lead the affiliate's medical strategy, ensuring scientific excellence, regulatory compliance, and strategic business support.
This is a senior leadership role with team management responsibilities, integrating medical expertise with organizational strategy while working with local and global teams, regulatory authorities, and key opinion leaders.
The Successful Applicant Medical degree (MD or equivalent).
Experience in the neurology therapeutic area Solid experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven leadership in managing teams and projects.
Deep knowledge of the Malaysian pharmaceutical and regulatory landscape.
Fluency in English.
Strong communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
