Your role in our team   Member of the IT Service Support Management Team, with overall responsibility for On-Site IT Operations in Northern Europe, primarily covering.
Germany North Nordics UK Responsible for ITSM process and cross-functional service management at regional and global levels as part of the global IT Service Support Management Team Accountable for implementing the new OneIT regional support concept for your region, aligned globally within the overall Service Domain Management Team Accountable for defining and implementing OneIT support metrics in your region, aligned globally within the overall Service Domain Management Team     Your profile   Degree in IT, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification 8+ years of experience in IT Service Management, with at least 5 years in leadership positions Proven experience in managing international IT teams and external service providers Expertise in implementing and optimizing ITSM processes and metrics (ITIL certification advantageous) Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills Fluent in English and German Strategic, solution-oriented leader with a clear focus on customer satisfaction and quality excellence     Your benefits   So that you can hit the ground running right from the start, as part of the Körber Group we offer you.
