As a Software Engineering Manager you manage your project goals, contribute to product strategy and help develop your team.

With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.
The new Appeals and Account Interventions team is responsible for developing Google's core capability to handle users appeals after enforcement actions (accounts being restricted, limited disables, etc.) and to develop a broader portfolio of account interventions beyond what Google now had (hard disables or limited disables).
We want to have more nuanced way to effect user behaviour and manage users safety across Google properties.
The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Googleâs flagship products.
