About the job: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inspector to join our Engine MRO team. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality systems for aircraft engine maintenance, with a primary focus on the PT6A Series . Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed inspections of engine components and assemblies throughout the overhaul and repair process. Verify compliance with technical data, regulatory requirements, and company quality procedures. Interpret and apply manufacturer manuals, drawings, and specifications during inspections. Document and report non-conformities and discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution. Collaborate with maintenance technicians and engineers to ensure proper corrective actions are taken. Maintain accurate inspection records and logs in accordance with GMP and internal protocols. Participate in audits and support continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure that all inspection tools and equipment are calibrated and maintained as per metrology standards. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance , with at least 2 years in engine overhaul . Certification in CHT (Certified Helicopter Technician) or equivalent is required. Working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) . Intermediate English proficiency (reading and writing technical documentation). Strong understanding of inspection techniques and metrology principles. Experience with PT6A Series engine inspections is strongly preferred . Ability to interpret technical drawings, maintenance manuals, and regulatory documents. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with aviation quality systems and regulatory compliance (e. g. , ANAC, FAA, EASA).
