Description Qualifications.
oeing Brazil is seeking Entry Level Propulsion System Electrical Engineer, reporting to the Propulsion Engineering Manager, working out of the São José dos Campos, Brazil office.
he Entry Level Propulsion System Electrical Engineer will join Boeing Commercial Aircraft team who provide support to all Boeing commercial models both in development and in airline service.
These models include programs such as the 737MAX, , the family of airplanes, or all-new airplane(s) that our product development organization studies.
he engineers will work on the Propulsion System Design and Certification for Thrust Reverser, Thrust Reverser Actuation System, Engine Controls, Fuels, Fuel Quantity Indication System, Engine Installation and other System Integration activities.
osition Responsibilities.
upports definition of requirements for the functions above related to electrical aspects, including electromagnetic effects.
ssists to define, coordinate and control the functional and electrical interfaces between the propulsion system and the vehicle.
ssists in developing specifications for associated vehicle systems to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
ocuments configurations and designs of propulsion sub-systems and components.
Assists in using various testing, analysis, modeling and simulation tools to estimate or calculate system performance.
Assists in the performance of certification tests for propulsion sub-systems and components.
ssists in supporting fielded systems to assure continued reliability and airworthiness.
Assists in supporting development of concepts for future propulsion systems to meet anticipated requirements.
ssists development of FHA, SSA reports, Test Proposals, Test Results, Certifications Plans, and Issue Papers.
ork assignments, collaborate with teammates, and receive tasking from lead managers and senior engineers.
orks under close supervision.
upport technical aspects with other senior engineers within the Propulsion System.
his position is expected to be 100% onsite.
The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

ust have existing rights to work in Brazil Must have a degree in EngineeringMust be registered or eligible to register with the Engineering and Agronomy Regional Council (Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia - CREA).
Applicable to Brazilian, recent engineering graduates within 6 months and foreign engineers when the employer is willing visa sponsorProficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English LanguagePreferred Qualifications (Education/Experience).
