Sobre a Vaga.
O Especialista Funcional de Integração SAP vai.
Atuar ativamente em todas as fases de concepção e sustentação de produtos SAP, com foco na localização para o Brasil.
Analisar e detalhar direcionamentos de negócios para criar soluções fiscais aderentes e alinhadas com as estratégias da empresa.
Levantar e definir cenários de negócios, assegurando que os processos atendam às necessidades específicas da localização brasileira.
Especificar claramente as regras de negócio para garantir uma experiência de usuário fluida e eficiente, seguindo as orientações do Product Owner e as demandas do negócio.
Ser o ponto focal na elicitação, análise, validação e documentação dos requisitos de negócios dos clientes, tanto internos quanto externos.
Fornecer orientação técnica e apoio a analistas menos experientes, promovendo o desenvolvimento profissional da equipe.
Prestar atendimento direto aos clientes, assegurando a resolução de problemas e a satisfação com os serviços prestados.
Facilitar a comunicação entre a equipe de desenvolvimento e as partes interessadas, garantindo que as necessidades dos clientes sejam compreendidas e atendidas.
Atuar como um facilitador dentro da equipe ágil de desenvolvimento, contribuindo para a resolução de questões de negócio durante as sprints.
Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos e implementar mudanças que otimizem as operações.
Planejar e conduzir testes de aceitação com os usuários, garantindo que os produtos atendam aos requisitos estabelecidos.
Desenvolver e ministrar treinamentos para clientes internos e externos sobre o produto e as necessidades do negócio.
Configurar ambientes SAP de acordo com a especialização em localização Brasil.
Realizar mapeamentos e desenvolver integrações de sistemas para garantir a eficácia das soluções propostas.
Sobre Você.
Profundo conhecimento em SAP, com ênfase em localização fiscal brasileira.
Experiência comprovada em consultoria funcional SAP e integração de sistemas.
Habilidade para trabalhar em ambientes ágeis e multidisciplinares.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e interação com clientes e equipe.
Capacidade de análise, síntese e documentação de requisitos complexos.
Formação superior em áreas relacionadas a TI, Administração ou equivalente.
Desejável conhecimento em metodologias ágeis e experiência em treinamento de usuários.
