We are currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Kokku Games.
You will be responsible for providing support to various areas of the company, as well as leading the entire facilities process, such as procurement of goods and services, facility management, event organization and asset conservation.

As a Facilities Coordinator, you will.
Hire and coordinate vendors for general, preventive, and corrective maintenance of facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security systems, etc., ensuring optimal studio operations.
Monitor maintenance service contracts, ensuring quality through feedback and evaluations.
Manage the area's expense budget, justifying and approving any necessary adjustments.
Ensure timely monthly payments to service providers, coordinating with finance.
Develop and implement security policies to protect Kokku, its employees, visitors, and assets, including security camera monitoring and access control.
Plan and optimize space layout for efficiency, including access, communication, and parking control.
Coordinate layout changes and personnel movements.
Develop and manage the facilities operations budget.
Supervise maintenance, cleaning, and security teams.
Promote team professional development and a collaborative environment.
Collaborate with departments to address their specific needs.
Maintain regular communication with premises occupants to assess and respond to their needs.
Monitor and evaluate policies established by Kokku.
Coordinate administrative control routines for asset management and consumables.
Coordinate facility relocations and utility service changes.
Identify and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of organizational assets.
Ensure the validity of legal documentation and registration with authorities.
Maintain and monitor the organization's legal documentation (certificates, fees, licenses).
Ensure proper asset registration and monitoring.
Coordinate fire prevention and response measures with suppliers, including emergency plans, inspections, training, and equipment maintenance.
\n Academic background or proven experience in Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources Management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Intermediate English fluency is a competitive advantage.
