FINANCE SPECIALIST

Finance Specialist - Remote work arrangements are not applicable for this position, as daily in-person collaboration is essential to meet job responsibilities effectively. Job Responsibilities: 1. Manage and assist to issue NF and other related invoices 2. Lead on tax considerations for Brazil product and business expansion, working with the Finance Director,and give tax advice and support 3. Oversee the outsourced preparation of all tax computations (IRPJ, CSLL, PIS/COFINS, ISS,IRRF,ICMS,ICMS-ST,DIFAL, and so on),and review the tax and related subjects of financial reports. 4. Prepare IFRS and local GAAP tax provisions. 5. Manage local tax audits and be the Brazilian tax authority relationship owner. 6. Support the Groups tax team on Brazil indirect tax advisory work. 7. Keep up to date on the latest Brazilian tax policy developments and provide insightful updates to the business and tax team. 8. Work closely with advisors, sales managers, and other teams to ease the efficiency of tax in our products and business Qualifications: 1. More than 5 years of work experience, at least 2 years of tax work experience, experience in large accounting firms is preferred 2. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English 3. Familiar with Brazilian tax laws and regulations for wholesale and retail enterprises 4. Able to appropriately measure, manage and communicate tax risks 5.
