We are always interested in making contact with talented individuals - people who will demonstrate our values and deliver great service, for internal and external stakeholders. **Overall Purpose of The Job**- To control the costs of the clients in full management contracts providing analysis of the costs and cash flow behaviour on timely basis. **Key Responsibilities and Tasks**- Process accounts and cash flow analysis in compliance with financial policies and procedures;- Populate spreadsheet with the cash flow movement in order to demonstrate the cash position to the client;- Compare the actual costs vs budget and provide analysis for the variances;- Support the accounts payable with the weekly cash flow of the company;- Review the reconciliations provided by the external accounting company in order to monitor the discrepancies. - Provide to the clients the support documents which compose the Opex costs of the period. - Maintain all the receivables items to all clients. - Answer all the clients queries monthly. **What can I expect in return?**V.
