\ About the position We are looking for a highly experienced finance professional to join our team as an  FP&A Expert, someone with strong analytical capabilities, robust financial modeling skills, and strategic business acumen.
This person will play a key role in shaping and evolving the company’s financial planning processes, acting cross-functionally and driving insights to support executive decision-making.
Although this role does  not include direct people management initially, it requires strong  technical leadership and influence, serving as a key reference within the FP&A team and across the organization.
What You'll Be Doing Build and evolve long-term financial models (forecasting, budgeting, consolidated P&L, business unit-level financials, cash flow, etc.); Lead complex financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and strategic trends; Act as a strategic partner to teams such as Product, Sales, Growth, Operations, and People, helping translate strategy into financial impact; Drive automation and optimization of FP&A processes to improve speed and data reliability; Actively contribute to the annual planning cycle, quarterly reviews, and rolling forecasts; Design and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor financial KPIs and performance; Support business case development and ad-hoc analysis (e.
., new product launches, pricing strategies, M&A initiatives); Serve as a technical reference within the team, promoting best practices and analytical excellence.
What You Need To Succeed Keen interest in learning and applying the latest technology to daily work; knowledge and experience with GenAI (e.
., ChatGPT) a must relevant experience in FP&A, strategic planning, investment banking, strategic consulting, or corporate finance; Advanced financial modeling skills and solid understanding of managerial accounting; Advanced Excel skills (a must); experience with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, etc., is a plus; Familiarity with ERPs and planning tools (e.
., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights) is an advantage; Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives and business insights; Strong analytical thinking, business sense, attention to detail, and autonomy; Fluency in Portuguese and English (essential for investor and stakeholder communication).
