Fp&A Specialist | Plataforms - As a Business Partner for the Platforms team, you will be responsible for supporting General Managers (GMs) in budget planning and execution, ensuring accurate financial analysis and reporting, and guiding stakeholders in making strategic business decisions. ResponsibilitiesLead budget planning and execution, effectively bridging the gap between business needs and financial processes. Drive improvements in financial processes by understanding and influencing the entire financial cycle. Deliver comprehensive monthly reporting and analysis, including detailed deep dives. Generate insights to support business decisions by conducting NPV analysis, assessing risks and opportunities, and evaluating business trade-offs. Serve as the primary FP&A point of contact for various stakeholders, including General Managers (GMs), HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Procurement, Accounting, and Treasury teams. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Math, Statistics, Physics or related fieldsAnalytical, problem solving and passionate to manipulate data in order to learn from itGreat financial modelling skillsAdaptability to dynamic way of working/short term deliverablesAdvanced or Fluent EnglishGreat communication skills Preferred qualificationsExperience with budget cycles and budget executionSQL and Python
