FP&A SR LATAM ANALYST

Fp&a Sr Latam Analyst - The scope of responsibilities includes all FP&A planning, analysis & reporting to complete financial goals and initiatives to support a growing organization. **Key Responsibilities**:- Support the preparation of annual strategic plan, annual operating plan and monthly / quarterly forecasts- Perform monthly results analysis (actual x plan),- Develop, standardize, and improve regular analyses and reports to share business and financial insights- Collaborate with business partners to generate key assumptions and drivers for decision support- Translate business inputs into financial assumptions, build and maintain forecast models to project future business trends, results, etc. covering areas including revenue, pricing, operating expense, CAPEX etc. **Education**:- Bachelors degree in Business Administration / Economics / Accounting / Engineering or related**Experience and Skills**:- Proven experience in financial roles (Accounting, Financial Planning or Business Controlling)- Proficient English / Spanish will be a plus- Advanced Microsoft office (Excel and PowerPoint)- Strong analytical skills, strategy / business sense and multi-task
