FRAUD PREVENTION ANALYST

Fraud Prevention Analyst - We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced fraud analyst. The role requires strong analytical skills, independent and creative thinking, quick decision-making, and flexibility. The role involves shift work including availability on weekends and nights. Key Responsibilities: Review transactions and make accurate, timely decisions to detect fraud. Conduct fraud tagging, labeling, and analysis to strengthen decision management. Analyze patterns and provide insights to improve machine-learning algorithms. Support fraud analysis for customer service tickets and online decision processes. Contact the final customer for validation whenever potential fraud is found Qualifications / Skills: Minimum 2 years experience as a fraud analyst in the ecommerce industry - MUST Analytical skills with a focus on identifying patterns and providing insights. Proven ability to quickly review transactions and make informed decisions under pressure. Ability to collaborate across teams and support research with actionable insights. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is required (Our recruitment process is 100% in English) Basic knowledge of SQL - a benefit. Other details: Availability to work as a contractor Hybrid position - you must be able to work 2 days a week from São Paulo office.
