GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER

In this role, you will have the opportunity to.
Coordinate and complete high-quality software demonstrations, training, and technical workflow guidance using training materials and tailoring sessions to meet the needs of the clients involvedProvide dynamic, real-world examples of the relevant software features to clients, maximizing learning objectives and increasing their knowledge baseCommunicate client feedback, progress, and future opportunities to the Business team post-training in the form of reportsProvide internal technical training on new releases/new products or enhancementsAssist with the creation of technical notes and the development of training material for global clientsProvide technical support through Support channelsProvide sales assistance to Account Executives in the form of software demonstrations, client visits, and relationship buildingBe proactive in helping to manage client relationships, understanding and communicating the full business technical relationship to ensure client satisfaction with SeequentActively monitor customer satisfaction levels and consistently work to improve outcomes and perceptions In order to be successful in this role, you should have.
University Degree in Geoscience or Geotechnical Engineering (BSc or MSc)A minimum of 3 years of industry experience in geotechnical investigations, slope stability, geological modeling, and conceptual site modelsWorking experience with Seequent solutions (GeoStudio or PLAXIS)Operational experience in civil/groundwater engineering projectsFluency in Portuguese and English is requiredLegal credentials to work in Brazil and the ability to travel to Latin American CountriesExcellent interpersonal skills to build enriching working relationshipsProven team player with a self-starter attitude and ability to work well independently, at times remotely, and self-manage workload effectivelyBalanced and informed approach to problem-solvingTenacity, persistence, and focus with a great appreciation for detailInnovative, open, and able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environmentExperience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Salesforce, and wikis Why you will enjoy working with us..
