The role of the Communications team is to craft narratives and messages that get to the heart of our business and create connections with internal and external audiences, contributing to strengthening our reputation with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities.
Develop and execute strategy to build reputation for our Group, having clarity about opportunities, key messages and channels for each audience that is relevant to our business (investors, B2B and B2C clients, real estate brokers and agents, public authorities); Create narratives about our Group.

8+ years of experience leading Comms/PR in companies that reached a relevant position in its segment; Strong strategic skills, proven ability to develop communications strategies that drive measurable results; Creative thinking, experience going beyond media relations to reach our audiences; Ability to identify opportunities inside the company and package them into compelling and interesting stories Proven management skills, with ability to balance critical thinking with tactical execution and attention to detail; Strong command of the media, policy, and cultural landscape in Brazil.
Having worked close to Public Policy is a plus; Experience in crisis management and explaining complicated topics to a wide range of audiences; Exceptional writing and communications skills; Fluent in English.
Speaking Spanish is a plus.
