Job DescriptionAs our HR Administrator, you will form part of the Brazil HR function and will be responsible for the administration of day-to-day tasks. ResponsibilitiesForming and maintaining employee recordsPreparing and amending necessary HR documents, (i. E. employment contracts, all contract changes etc. )1st Line Support on general HR queries (i. E. absence, vacation leave, etc)Updating and maintaining internal HR systemsUploading documentation on internal systemsMaintenance of employee personal filesReporting regularly on HR metricsReviewing and renewing company policiesMaintenance of the job description folderCoordinate and maintain Health & Safety processesParticipate in other HR projectsAssist with the work permit processesQualificationsObtained or incomplete higher education in a related field; Similar or equivalent work experience of 3+ years; Overall knowledge aboutHR processes and best practices; Knowledge of local legal regulations; Excellent knowledge of English and Portuguese (Brazilian); High sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and attentiveness to the details; Pro-active approach andexcellent time management skills; Ability to workboth independently and within a team; Ability to perform in afast-paced environmentAdditional InformationThis position is an excellent opportunity to join the fast-growing Evolution team.
