HR RELEASE MANAGER

The Eye Candy Solutions is looking for an HRIS Release Manager to lead the delivery, governance, and coordination of SAP SuccessFactors and HR Payroll system releases for a prestigious international client. We are seeking a proactive and technically fluent professional with deep experience in SAP SuccessFactors, HR/payroll systems, and release governance frameworks. The selected candidate will drive end-to-end release planning, vendor coordination, and compliance assurance, operating across business and technology functions. The selected candidate will ensure the controlled, secure, and efficient rollout of new releases, drive compliance with GDPR, and lead cross-functional collaboration across IT, HR, and business stakeholders.
