Main Responsibilities Work alongside the HR Generalist in all HR processes such as Recruitment & Selection, Organizational Development, and Training & Development; Execute the entire Recruitment and Selection process from aligning profiles for internship positions to daily monitoring of interns; Assist in the development plan for interns; Organize departmental events according to pre-established goals and deadlines; Support the #New Generation Internship Program; Support the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee; Handle general HR inquiries from employees.
Required Qualifications Currently enrolled in Administration, Human Resources Management, or Psychology - evening period Expected graduation from Jan/ onwards; Ability to intern for 6 hours/day, from to ; Intermediate English proficiency Availability to work remotely (space, Wi-Fi network) Desirable Experience in Recruitment and Selection Engagement with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
