We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and oversee all employee-related activities at our local HR Operations in Brazil. This role is critical to ensuring smooth execution of HR practices across the full employee lifecycle through collaboration with both local teams and global CoEx’s to align HR practices with broader business objectives. NOTE: ONLY CVs in English will be acceptedWhat will you do:Responsible for all employment-related activities at the local level, including employment, compensation, case management, and employee relationsAlign HR operations with local employment regulationsDraft local and implement global HR policies and practices. Ensure employee awareness and understanding of company policies and practicesManage employee relations matters, ensuring fair treatment and resolution of issues in line with labor law and company policy in collaboration with the Employment and Legal DepartmentEnsure the accuracy and integrity of employee data in both internal systems and external databasesSupport the local leadership team in all aspects of the employee life cycle, including hiring, training, compensation, and promotionsLead and participate in local and global HR projectsRequirements: Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, People Management, or a related field.
