Human Resources Specialist - - Partnership with Manufacturing leaders according to the business strategy. - Act as a champion for change, challenging and transforming the businesses to ensure our company meets its strategic priorities in having highly talented and diverse workforce, ensuring a strong Company Culture based on leaders that walk the talk of our values and purpose. - Implement a talent development strategy according to global guidelines and business needs. - Responsible for providing HR guidance, working closely to the Centers of Expertise (COEs). - Responsible for executing the labor strategy. Represent the company in regulatory audits in HR. Act as a single point of contact for Animal Health Worldwide Manufacturing Division. - Collaborate with our company regional HR colleagues and local HRBPs to develop plans for building greater employee engagement within our Company. - Lead HR strategic projects, such as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, partnering with HR member. **Main requirements**:- Bachelors degree. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English;- Previous experience working in HR, especially as HRBP;- HR experience in supporting clients of the Commercial and/or Manufacturing environments. - Strong knowledge of change management plans. - Strong results orientation - Demonstrated ability to deliver end to end projects within deadlines. - Partnering Skills - Proven experience with building effective relationships and establishing credibility quickly. - Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. - Skilled and agile in working across different cultures. - If based in São Paulo, availability to travel up to 25% of time to Montes Claros/MG.
