To work at the HR, one must be organized and outgoing.
It involves dealing with people on a daily basis, supporting all departments and its employees.
It’s crucial to know and understand the company’s organizational structure/culture to help in its continuous development and growth.
Duties.
Support the HR with.
Internal communication.
Recruitment and interview scheduling.
Input of information on the HR system.
Updating and sending of files.
Qualifications.
Major in HR, Psychology, Social Communication, Administration and any other related areas.
Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
People management.
It’s Paramount! Fluent English (oral and written).
Handling pressure.
Participate in the monthly meetings and trainings.
Note! It’s a home office position, but meetings and trainings will be held in person.
