Job Description Main Responsibilities.
Support the marketing manager in the delivery of the strategic planning of the products under its management; Implement the marketing plans that includes Promotions Strategy, Marketing Materials, Media Partnership, and Key Performance Indicators; It is responsible for maintaining all the management of promotional actions (visitors, delegates and exhibitors) as well as strategies for audience engagement and inbound marketing); Support suppliers (PR agency, ads agency, photo and film, database and others) and manage the marketing team, ensuring the quality and deadline accomplishment; Keep up with the main metrics/KPI through monthly reports.
Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Administration, Public Relations, Communication, Journalism and related areas; Advanced English; Experience in strategic marketing plan and people/team management.

Post graduation in Marketing and/or Business Management; Advanced Spanish.
Sistemas e Ferramentas Essenciais.
MS Office; Eloqua and AEM (desirable).
