INVENTORY TECHNICIAN I

Job Description About the role.
As the Inventory Technician I, you will execute and monitor the material, inventory tracking, perform cycle counts inventory adjustments, material scrap, and reordering process.
You will also coordinate the efficient distribution of products to satisfy customer demand.
You will have technical and administrative competence to organize and support manufacturing.
You will report to Supervisor, Manufacturing.
How you will contribute.
Execute material transfers including non-hazardous, hazardous, and flammable chemicals to support manufacturing schedule adherence.
Maintain a visual replenishment programs of materials using lean manufacturing processes.
Maintain records of materials in inventory and on order.
Ingress, stock, and discard of raw materials, spare parts, chemicals, and consumables.
Perform cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and material scrap.
Compile inventory records from EBM, and JDE Systems.
Reconcile discrepancies in inventories.
Coordination with Warehouse for deliveries of materials, consumables, paste, and plasma Manage supplies for manufacturing labs and process work areas.
Navigate software and hardware used by Manufacturing and Supply Chain departments.
May support in regulatory and inter-company audits.
Perform other responsibilities.
What you bring to Takeda.
Requires High school Diploma or GED plus 2+ years of experience or Associates’ degree or higher and 1+ years of related work experience Knowledge of ERP and WMS systems.
JDE/SAP.
You will be proficient in multiple mathematical disciplines and be able to work with both the metric and USA standards of measurement Have experience with inventory management.
Experience handling pallet-jacks, pallet trucks, and forklifts.
Can carry up to 25 lbs., lift up to 50 lbs., and push/pull > 100 lbs.
(with the assistance of material handling equipment).

In this role, you may.
Work in a controlled environment requiring special gowning and wear protective clothing over the head, face, hands, feet and body.
This may include additional hearing protection for loud areas.
Need to remove all make-up, jewelry, contact lenses, nail polish and artificial fingernails while in the manufacturing environment.
Work in a cold, wet environment.
Work multiple shifts, including weekends, or be asked to work supplemental hours,.
Work around chemicals such as alcohol, acids, buffers and Celite that may require respiratory protection.
Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
May work in a confined area.
