This position is responsible for process definition and new product and process implementation for Home Care and Personal Care products working as a link/interaction with other departments such as I&S, NetOps, Procurement, Planning, Quality, Industrial Engineer, Safety, Regulatory Affairs and all areas involved in the project.
Ensure a soft implementation and train partner on the manufacturing process to avoid that problems happen in the start up.
Participate actively on continuous improvement groups program with multifunctional teams to reduce process variation and also improvements at production area.
Support quality activities as GMP, product launch, training for close communication with other quality areas   What you will do Definition of key parameters and process control limits.
Implementation and monitoring of manufacturing processes, as well as due validation with effective action plans for training processes and formulas and reducing variations during manufacture.
Provide support for the preparation of the "Proof of Claim" document aligned with GTC Mexico.
Prepare SPI´s and SOP´s related to the manufacture of products and others.
And submit for approval.
Prepare formulas and manufacturing orders.
And submit for approvals.
Register formulas in the PDM system and generate BOM's.
Technical activities for Mercosur and Exports.
Savings projects for formulas, packaging and processes.
Integration with Manufacturing with activities related to Technology Transfer, Product Quality and Training and Qualification of Operators.
Proceed with stability / aging tests, when required.
Prepare samples for market research.
Prepare technical documents for product registration.
Review labeling statements and ensure necessary supports.
Monitor the implementation of new products, re-launches and new manufacturing processes.
Coordinate and participate in the validation process (DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ).
Participate in Technical Associations (ABC, Abipla, Abisa, Sipatesp, etc.).
Participate and provide training related to awareness regarding the activities of the GMP and QS programs.
Participate in training related to the activities of the operational excellence program (Quality, FP&R and EOHS).
Provide support to the Call Center, Marketing & Trade activities.
Analysis and monitoring of product complaints received by CAC and Trade.
Develop raw material suppliers.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Complies with all policies and standards.
Required Qualifications.
Bachelor's Degree Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Pharmacy.
Experience in Quality or Manufacturing area.
Experience coordinating projects in Manufacturing.
Advanced English.
