Junior/Middle Legal Operations Coordinator - Ivory leverages technology to improve the quality, efficiency, and transparency of legal services. Our team is 100% remote, and we welcome professionals seeking the flexibility to work from anywhere. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented Legal Operations Coordinator who possesses strong communication skills and the ability to learn new skills quickly, and who thrives in a dynamic environment. The Legal Operations Coordinator will help support Ivorys legal operations, closely working with all levels of our team to implement standard operating procedures and assist with project management responsibilities on both internal and client matters. What Youll Do: Update and maintain the firms project management tool Be the frontline intake position for client correspondence Execute key, repeatable processes across Ivorys operations and contribute to improvement and standardization of those processes Support Ivorys Managing Counsel on firm management tasks Define, implement, and refine effective contract lifecycle management processes and best practices Review and evaluate AI and other contracting tools and technologies that increase the efficiency of the legal services and operations teams Evaluate procedures and processes, develop improvement strategies, and draft policies that drive firm efficiency Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly client reports Support legal operations tasks for Ivory clients, including conducting and responding to requests for proposals, confirming documents are in execution form, circulating electronic signature requests, and managing document storage Basic Qualifications 1-2 years of prior experience working in a non-attorney role at a law firm is preferred; however, we are open to training the right candidate for the role Ability to coordinate multiple matters simultaneously Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Experience assisting with operations projects with demonstrated project management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision Comfortable working independently and raising concerns or issues with colleagues as needed Quick learner, able to digest and disseminate large amounts of information Familiarity with the software Teamwork preferred, but not required What we offer Collaborative and innovative work environment Flex PTO for any reason, including sick days (no specified limits), flexible work schedule.
