Requisitos:
Experiência sólida na área comercial, preferencialmente em posições de Key Account.
Habilidade em negociação e capacidade analítica identificar oportunidades de mercado.
Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal, com foco em atendimento ao cliente.
Principais Responsabilidades:
Manter relacionamentos sólidos com influenciadores de contas estratégicas.
Compreender as necessidades do cliente e identificar oportunidades para oferecer produtos e serviços que atendam seus objetivos.
Desenvolver e implementar estratégias personalizadas para cada cliente, focando em aumentar a receita e a fidelização.
Monitorar KPIs e gerar relatórios sobre o desempenho da conta, sugerindo melhorias e novas abordagens.
