LAUNCHER (EIR) & STRATEGY&OPERATIONS MANAGER

Launcher (EIR) & Strategy&Operations Manager - Were looking for two exceptional hires in São Paulo (hybrid, but mostly in-office) with very similar skills, but slightly different focuses and seniority: 1. Entrepreneur in Residence Launcher (New Category) Youll own the P&L for one of the companys biggest growth opportunities were looking for a generalist with relevant years in growth, product, commercial, and/or go-to-market strategy . Ideally, you: Bring ~8 years of experience -- 24 years in top-tier consulting and then in a scale-up or high-growth environment. Have launched or scaled a business unit, country, or product from scratch. Could be a former founder or BU/Country Manager with proven execution. 2. Strategy & Operations Manager Youll drive strategic projects and operational excellence across one of the categories. Were looking for someone with: ~4 years in consulting or operations roles at a scale-up (ideally, you''ve seen both). A strong mix of analytical thinking and on-the-ground operational drive. The ability to translate strategy into action and make things happen fast. For both roles, we value: Founders mindset highly hands-on and proactive. Exceptional problem-solving skills. Very (very!) comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Excellent English (youll work closely with the UK HQ). Experience in D2C / consumer is a big plus. Location: São Paulo, Brazil (hybrid, mostly in-office). Work closely with teams in Brazil and the UK to build and scale impactful products for Latin America.
