Legal Intern - We design and manufacture a complete range of transportation systems, from high-speed trains to electric buses and driverless trains, as well as infrastructure, signalling and digital mobility solutions. The Legal Intern will work in the Brazilian Legal department who is responsible for all legal activities in Brazil and Argentina. The Legal Trainee´s activities will include contract draft and negotiation, assistance to litigation management, Ethics & Compliance related activities, and conduction of administrative routines. We in Legal Brazil are small but proactive, hands on, and business oriented team. And we expect someone with these characteristics. The Legal Trainee will report directly to the Brazil, Argentina & Uruguay Legal Lead and assist the Senior Counsels in their day to day activities. **Specific responsibilities of the role**Manage all invoices received, including registering, controlling and sending for payment;Analyze and eventually negotiate supplier´s contracts;Assist the management of litigation, including the elaboration of internal reports and organization of the external ones;Legal consultancy;**Qualifications & Experience****Competencies** - Good interpersonal relationship; good reading and writing (in Portuguese); curiosity; willingness to learn;**Previous experience** - No previous experience required, though experience in infrastructure enterprises is a plus;**Travel required** - NoAn agile, inclusive and responsible culture is the foundation of our company where diverse people are offered excellent opportunities to grow, learn and advance in their careers.
