The Listing Specialist will be responsible to support team to execute to help sellers create or improve their product catalogue.
Job responsibilities • Help create new ASIN using externally available data • Troubleshoot common listing errors to support internal team members with correct daily procedures • Follow and improve internal playbook and ensure the correct usage by fellow team members • Be vocal when internal playbooks fail to produce desired results • Work with a big volume of data BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - Experience with Excel PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Speak, write, and read fluently in English Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
