We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Manager to join our team in Brazil and contribute to our mission   Job Summary.
The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the logistics network, ensuring efficient, innovative and cost-effective distribution of medical devices.
This role requires a critical & strategic thinker with a strong background in logistics and supply chain management   Key Responsibilities.
Develop and implement innovative and competifive logistics strategies to ensure timely delivery of products Manage and optimize the logistics network, including consigned products at customers, main distribution center plus branches and distributors Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, quality systems and medical devices standards Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals Collaborate with other departments to align logistics activities with overall business goals Build and manage logistics budgets and control costs Implement and maintain best practices in logistics and supply chain management exploring AI tools   Qualifications.
Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry Proven experience in managing logistics networks and optimizing supply chain processes with a variety of Distribution Centers Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Scrum methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Proficiency in logistics software and tools ie WMS, SAP, track & trace Experience with regulated products and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Intermediate English.
