LOGISTICS PLANNING MANAGER

Logistics Planning Manager - Planning & Allocation - Forecast and allocate daily parcel volumes based on business needs. - Manage end-to-end performance of logistics service providers (from First Mile to Last Mile). - Ensure quality support for new merchants/services during onboarding and scaling phases. 2. Stakeholder Collaboration - Coordinate daily operations with internal teams (e. G. , Operations, Procurement, Sales). - Manage relationships and performance of third-party logistics (3PL) partners. - Interface with HQ teams as needed (minimal direct reporting). 3. Process Optimization - Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency, cost, and service quality. - Develop and monitor KPIs for logistics performance (e. G. , on-time delivery, cost per unit). - Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards. 4. Data-Driven Decision Making - Analyze logistics data to forecast trends, optimize routes, and allocate resources. - Prepare regular reports on operational performance and improvement initiatives. Qualifications* - Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. - 8+years in logistics planning, operations management, or supply chain roles. - Experience with logistics service provider (3PL/4PL) management. - Strong Data Analysis Skills,Proficiency in Excel, SQL, BI tools (e. G. , Power BI, Tableau), and statistical modeling. - Excellent Cross-Functional Communication. Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and leadership.
