This role will provide consultation to clients on best practices using M365 applications, data storage, assist with design and migration of data to SharePoint or Teams, and provide Level 4 support and solutions to meet business needs and requirements. In this role, you will require conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures and use of M365 Applications, Teams and Copilot. You will need to have the ability to exchange straightforward information with others and ask questions to check for understanding. Must Have Skills: M365 Admin, SharePoint Admin, Microsoft Teams Admin and Copilot Services Bachelor degree in IT discipline preferred or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. A relevant certificate(s) would also be of interest. Candidate must have experience with SharePoint Administration and M365 Administration. Good to Have- Excellent communication and analytics skills. Comfortable in communicating with business executives and technology team. - A spirit of collaboration and transparent communication - An Agile mindset with experience working in Agile environment SNKey responsibilities/Expectations from the Role Responsibilities – Duties, projects, tasks, and activities you would be responsible for in this role: - Gathers and analyzes business requirements for assigned functional and technical areas, and assists clients with the adoption of the M365, Teams and Copilot technologies. - Works closely with business process teams, technical teams and other stakeholders to design and build data storage solutions which meet requirements using SharePoint, File Share, and Teams. - Working with vendors to ensure operational excellence of the M365 & Copilot Services. - Work schedule - typical first shift hours, no OT. Will be 100% office during training period, possible hybrid schedule after a period.
