M&A Intern Latam - The role involves close interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:Leading financial modeling for greenfield projects, including price sensitivities, investment schedules, and energy sales assumptions. Engaging with potential lenders and investors (BNDES, BNB, commercial banks, capital markets) through model presentations, Q&A sessions, and meetings. Managing procedural and bureaucratic steps related to new fundraising and issuances (e. G. , due diligence support, document filings, signature collection). Handling the monitoring of existing debt, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, payment schedules, and balance tracking. Continuously updating internal financial models, ensuring the Business Plan reflects actual project progress. Reporting on the macroeconomic landscape and capital markets, highlighting strategic impacts and risks. Collaborating with international teams, particularly across Latin America and the United States.
