MACHINE LEARNING ARCHITECT

We are looking for a Machine Learning Architect to collaborate with Data Scientists and AI/ML community across BUs, Data Engineering, SMEs, and technical leads to help evangelize and translate business problems into scalable ML solutions across the client.
This role will be responsible for.
Define model serving strategies (batch, real-time, streaming inference) Design and implement Machine Learning Experimentation Platform, HPO, standardization of ML pipelines and ML Metadata Storage.
Develop and maintain the feature repository, model governance and compliance.
Build and own the ML Portfolio based on BU needs.
Support ML Infrastructure as an administrator on Databricks, Snowflake and Sagemaker.
Own and publish best practices.
7+ years of experience in Machine Learning or related roles.
Strong background in ML System Architecture & Design.
Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning, classical ML techniques (e.
.
time series, statistical modelling), and survival analysis.
Proven work with churn prediction, sales forecasting, and user journey models, using behavioral data.
Skilled in data prediction and trend analysis, with the ability to understand model needs and their connection to business impact.
Hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, and/or AWS SageMaker.
Solid experience in performance optimization and model monitoring in production environments.
Comfortable working with and enhancing existing models and building them from scratch.
