Develop strategic plans for the marketing communication concepts and messages.
Develop all marketing creatives alignment with global adidas creative direction for digital, retail and event, with collaborating with creative agency, in-house designer and vendors.
Plan and develop brand presentation space in strategic doors based on adidas fixture regulations.
Ensure efficient execution of plans within the scope of the allocated OPEX, MWB and CAPEX budgets.
Work closely with Carlsbad Golf HQ to plan adaptation and localization for global creative, and report background and entire process of the local own creative.
Responsible to manage and supervise regarding marketing assets and deliver all marketing assets for APAC market to each market.
Have a comprehensive understanding of the in-store activities and report the situation to the responsible team and relevant functions.
